Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Beerse Distribution Center seeks a Senior Manager Distribution to lead a complex, worldwide distribution operation with focus on safety, cost and on-time delivery.

You will translate business objectives into priorities, drive cGMP/GTP and EH&S compliance, and roll out network strategy with Beerse site players across Europe. Strong leadership and Lean mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering, economics, or a related field.
• Proficient in Dutch and English.
• Experience in large-scale distribution and logistics.

• Drive cGMP/GTP compliance and define related objectives.
• Develop people, manage budget, and report KPIs and P&L.
