Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Deliver Hubs Project Lead for Beerse and La Louvière, Belgium, to drive end-to-end distribution initiatives across Europe. You will lead cross-functional projects, ensure GXP compliance, and optimize the network with a strong focus on On-Time performance.

You will leverage Lean, APICS and ERP experience to deliver value, manage stakeholders, and mentor teams while collaborating across sites and functions in a regulated pharma environment.

Qualifications

+5 years in an international environment

Responsibilities

Lead and coordinate multiple change control projects for distribution centers in Beerse and La Louvière
Responsible for KPI’s On-Time Launch, On-Time Shipped and Delivered for projects
Secure flawless execution of GXP processes
Initiate and inspire improvement projects across the distribution network
Ensure safety, quality, process compliance and audit readiness
Engage throughout the network and collaborate on end-to-end improvements across departments
Inspire team members to deliver high service levels
