Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an EMEA Hubs Project Lead in Beerse and La Louvière to orchestrate end-to-end distribution improvements across the European network. You will drive NPI, divestitures, and channel changes while building cross-functional partnerships worldwide.

The role requires 5+ years in an international setting with strong project management, ERP/SAP experience, and English fluency; Dutch/French are a plus.

Qualifications

• +5 years working experience in an international environment
• Professional experience in logistics, customer service, manufacturing and/or planning
• Demonstrated ability to initiate and lead projects and grow within a role
• Strong collaboration skills, able to influence without authority
• Strong communication skills towards both the shop floor and senior management, able to lead in a diplomatic way
• Project Management experience, proven expertise applying decision-making and project management tools
• Language: English is a requirement, French and or Dutch are considered a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple change control projects for Beerse and La Louviere distribution centers
• Responsible for KPI’s On-Time Launch, On-Time Shipped and Delivered for your projects
• Secure flawless execution of GXP processes
• Initiate and inspire improvement projects throughout the distribution network
• Secure safety, quality, process compliance and audit readiness
• Engage across the network and collaborate on end-to-end improvements
• Inspire team members to deliver high-quality service
