Job summary

MGS is seeking a Senior Business Project Manager for Belgium to lead a large-scale digital transformation programme. The role is freelance with a daily rate of €600–€700 and an onsite requirement of at least 60%.

Qualifications

• Extensive senior-level programme governance experience.
• Experience with public procurement in a public-sector environment.
• Fluent French is required for stakeholder engagement and workshops.
• Ability to lead end-to-end digital transformation programmes.

Responsibilities

• Create the overall programme roadmap.
• Define project phases, milestones and deadlines.
• Conduct steering committee meetings (COPIL).
• Track risks, issues and dependencies.
• Make strategic decisions and resolve escalations.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders.
• Define functional requirements and coordinate with IT teams.
• Understand enterprise architecture and system integration.
• Manage budget estimates and monitor expenditure.
• Prepare procurement documentation and vendor contracts.
• Coordinate multi-vendor delivery and stakeholder management.
• Define end-to-end testing strategies and coordinate testing.
• Oversee data governance and data migration.
• Lead change management and ITSM activities.
