Job summary

Netcompany Belgium is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery across EU institutions and private clients. You will plan, coordinate and oversee complex initiatives from initiation through to closure, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets and timelines.

The role requires strong PM disciplines, stakeholder management and fluency in English, with French a plus. A hybrid working model and continuous learning opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in project management, business administration, IT, engineering or related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, standards and best practices.
• Experience with planning, budgeting, risk assessment, and reporting.
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects from initiation to completion, ensuring scope, budget, timelines and quality.
• Coordinate implementation of infrastructure, systems, products and services with available resources.
• Define project plans, objectives, milestones and resource requirements; monitor progress against plans.
• Manage budgets, timelines and resources; identify deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control; obtain stakeholder agreement on changes.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
• Coordinate project teams and stakeholders; facilitate working groups and progress meetings.
