Job summary

Netcompany Belgium is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver projects for European institutions and clients across Europe. You will plan, coordinate, and manage scope, budgets, timelines, and quality, while guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders through the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong communication skills, 6+ years of relevant experience, and proficiency in English; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering or another relevant field, with at least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with project management plans, budgets, risks and quality reporting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and deliver projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business needs and agreed scope, budget, timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions, including infrastructure, systems, products and services, ensuring that the necessary resources and expertise are available.
• Define project plans, objectives, deliverables, milestones and resource requirements, and monitor progress against agreed plans.
• Manage project budgets, timelines and resources, identifying deviations from agreed targets and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change control, ensuring that changes to project scope and plans are assessed and agreed with the relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, quality plans, status reports and risk assessments, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Coordinate project teams and stakeholders, facilitate working groups and progress meetings, and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply relevant project management methodologies and standards, including Agile practices where appropriate, to support effective delivery and continuous improvement.
