Job summary

HumanInTech is seeking a Senior Programme Manager to lead a large-scale digital transformation for a Belgian public-sector organisation. The role spans governance, business scoping, architecture planning, budgeting and multi-supplier coordination, with a focus on delivering coherent, value-driven solutions.

The assignment runs 12 months in Namur with hybrid working. Freelance or employee options are available, and an emphasis on change management and IT service delivery is required.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience managing complex programmes in large organisations undergoing digital transformation.
• Senior-level governance of multiple complex stakeholders.
• Knowledge of programme and project management methods (Agile, Waterfall, PMBOK, Prince2).
• Experience coordinating offers and analysing solutions.
• Budget management experience.
• Proficiency in French (C2).

Responsibilities

• Lead governance bodies, steering committees and coordination meetings.
• Define target solutions and align business needs with digital solutions.
• Coordinate the architecture and integration within the IT ecosystem and data platforms.
• Manage budget estimates, funding requests and procurement files.
• Oversee multi-supplier coordination and ensure coherence across teams.
• Establish testing strategies and oversee go-live activities.
