• Minimum 10 years of experience managing complex IT projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects within matrix organisations.
• Advanced IT project management and risk management capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of business process management and Cloud transformation.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without hierarchical authority.
• High professional maturity, autonomy, accountability and sound judgement.
• Excellent interpersonal communication, diplomacy and conflict management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex digital transformation projects from initiation through operational handover.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously within scope, budget, quality and timelines.
• Coordinate business, IT, Data teams and external suppliers.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, resources and competing priorities.
• Collaborate closely with operational managers, the PMO, Business Partner and Architecture Review Board.
• Ensure accurate project reporting and governance compliance.
• Apply established PMO methodologies and project delivery standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices.
