Job summary

EngiFlex BV in Brussels seeks a Senior Project Manager Digital Transformation & Delivery to lead complex IT and digital transformation initiatives within a multi-year programme. You will guide projects from initiation to handover, ensuring delivery within scope, budget and quality as you coordinate IT, data and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in complex IT project management.
Solid experience in digital transformation and large-scale change initiatives.
Managed multiple projects simultaneously within matrix organisations.
Strong business understanding with IT, cloud environments and project delivery frameworks.
Comfortable working with Agile ways of working and pragmatic application.
Experience in business process management, stakeholder management and risk management at a senior level.
Familiar with transformation programmes and broader programme management practices.
Delivery governance and willingness to apply ITIL/PRINCE2 or PMI contexts.

Responsibilities

Lead complex IT and digital transformation initiatives within a multi-year programme.
Manage projects from initiation through to operational handover within scope, budget, quality and timelines.
Coordinate business, IT, data teams and external suppliers in a matrix environment.
Monitor risks, dependencies, resources and priorities, escalating when needed.
Anticipate issues and propose pragmatic solutions with timely escalation.
Collaborate with operational managers, PMO, governance bodies and stakeholders.
Ensure clear reporting and compliance with programme governance and PMO methodology.
Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery practices.
