Job summary

Rhox is seeking a senior project manager to deliver complex digital transformation projects, modernising IT, data and business processes. You will manage multiple projects from initiation to handover, control scope and budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams including external suppliers.

The role requires at least 10 years of complex IT project management, proven digital delivery, cloud transformation experience, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proven digital transformation delivery and programme management experience.
• Cloud transformation and business process management skills.
• Matrix leadership without hierarchical authority.
• Business and IT understanding.
• Autonomy, sound judgement and respect for decision-making boundaries.
• Stakeholder management, diplomacy, conflict management and clear communication.
• English (B2), French (C1) and Dutch (B1).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects from initiation to operational handover.
• Control scope, budget, quality and timelines.
• Coordinate business, IT, data teams and external suppliers.
• Manage risks, dependencies, resources and conflicting priorities.
• Report progress and follow PMO methodology and programme governance.
