Job summary

Mielabelo in Belgium seeks an experienced Programme Manager to lead and deliver complex digital transformation initiatives within the public sector. You will manage multiple projects from initiation to operational handover, ensuring delivery on scope, budget and quality.

Collaborating with business, IT and data teams as well as external suppliers, you will manage risks, dependencies and priorities, reporting clearly to governance bodies and guiding continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Program management experience in the public sector.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple organisations.
• Delivery of transformation programmes on time and within budget.
• Experience coordinating business, IT and data teams.
• Knowledge of PMO governance and reporting.
