Job summary

European Payments Council in Brussels is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager - Digital Identity to lead EPC's in-house expertise on digital identity and its application to payments, with a focus on SCA under PSD2 and PSR.

You will monitor eIDAS 2.0 and related standards, engage with European institutions and standard bodies, and support EPC working groups and governance processes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in digital identity, digital trust services, or payments authentication.
• Hands-on product management with digital identity solutions and IAM.
• Strong technical credibility with architects and engineers; familiar with OpenID Connect and OAuth.
• Experience with PSD2 SCA framework and EUDI Wallet-related standards.
• Excellent communication and project-management skills; ability to work in a multicultural team.

Responsibilities

• Technical product management of digital identity and SCA specifications, translating them into technical docs and implementation guidelines.
• Track PSD2 SCA and EBA RTS impacts, and monitor eIDAS 2.0 developments affecting EPC schemes.
• Lead annual workplan development and coordinate responses to public consultations.
• Engage with European institutions and standard bodies to represent EPC's positions.
