itsme® in Brussels is seeking a Compliance Specialist to safeguard our digital identity platform across Belgian and European frameworks. You will translate regulatory requirements into controls, support product and operations, and lead audits to demonstrate ongoing compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in Electronic Identity, Signatures, Fintech or RegTech domains.
• Experience with GDPR, eIDAS, NIS2, CRA, AI and DORA frameworks.
• Experience with GRC, compliance automation and evidence platforms.
• Auditor certification in eIDAS, ISO27701 or 27001 is a plus.
• Familiarity with ETSI ESI Standards is a plus.
• Strong communicator with stakeholders across levels.

Responsabilités

• Take a pivotal role in Compliance, Risk and Audit activities.
• Analyse impact of new legislation on products and controls.
• Ensure traceability between requirements and supporting evidence.
• Assist teams with features to align with Belgian/European frameworks.
• Produce assurance reports for management and governance bodies.
• Lead regular audits and provide evidences to regulators and customers.
