Devopsroles is seeking a Senior DevOps Developer to design, build, and operate tooling and automation for our software delivery lifecycle. You will partner with DevOps, Architecture, Development, Security and Services teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native workflows, and infrastructure automation.

Remote – Belgium role with responsibilities spanning security automation, GitOps, observability, and platform reliability.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, or software delivery automation.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native deployments and containerization.

Responsabilités

• Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and release automation.
• Support Kubernetes-based deployment workflows and cloud-native environments.
• Integrate security controls into pipelines and ensure compliance.
• Enhance observability, incident analysis, and operational reliability.
• Collaborate with distributed teams and guide junior engineers.
• Explore AI-assisted tooling to boost productivity and automation.
