Netcompany Belgium is seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer to drive CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based deployments across multiple environments. You will automate builds, testing, and deployments, implement IaC, and ensure secure, scalable operations.

You will collaborate with developers and operations teams, bring hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes and Terraform, and contribute to incident resolution and environment stability. This is a full-time role based in Belgium.

Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional DevOps experience.
• Strong CI/CD experience with Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on with Git/version control, Docker and containerised apps.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible).
• Linux, cloud platforms and scripting (Bash/Python/PowerShell).
• English communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Build, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines across environments.
• Automate builds, tests and deployments for multiple environments.
• Support development, acceptance, training and production environments.
• Implement IaC for repeatable environment provisioning.
• Work with containerised apps and orchestration platforms.
• Implement monitoring, logging and alerting within CI/CD.
• Integrate security and quality checks into pipelines.
• Assist releases, deployments, config changes, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with developers and operations across the SDLC.
• Contribute to incident resolution and environment stability.
