Lever, Inc. is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for a fully remote role based in Belgium.

You will design a self-service cloud path, build reusable IaC components, and embed security, networking, and governance into the platform while influencing technical architecture and developer experience. You will collaborate across teams on a modern cloud platform with Terraform, IaC, and automation at the core, delivering scalable engineering practices and strong documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience.
• Hands-on AWS experience (1+ year).
• Strong Terraform and IaC skills.
• Experience with automation and CI/CD practices and tooling.

Responsabilités

• Design and implement a self-service cloud golden path using Terraform and automation.
• Develop reusable IaC components for onboarding, deployment, and connectivity.
• Integrate security, networking, governance and compliance into the platform.
• Define and improve developer and platform experience for consuming the golden path.
