icometrix is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to build and maintain clinical imaging data infrastructure that powers our imaging and AI platforms. You will design scalable data pipelines that process multimodal neuroimaging and clinical datasets, enabling product development and research collaborations.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Bioinformatics, Medical Physics, or related field.
• Strong experience in Python, SQL, data modeling, and data pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern software practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale robust ETL pipelines for clinical, imaging, and derived biomarker data.
• Create scalable workflows for large-scale data processing.
• Manage orchestration systems and workflow automation.
• Improve monitoring, logging, and reliability of production data systems.
• Design and maintain pipelines for combining imaging and clinical data in the cloud.
• Develop automated workflows for ingestion, validation, QC, anonymization, and processing of data.
• Build infrastructure supporting reproducible image processing and ML pipelines.
• Collaborate with data scientists to create high-quality training datasets.
