Edenred Belgium SA is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager for its Edenred Engagement Sales team. You will manage Senior Middle Market and Key Accounts, focusing on renewals, renewals, and growth while driving platform adoption and customer value in a multi-market Belgian setting.

The role requires 5+ years in B2B key account management, fluency in Dutch and French, and a passion for HR topics like digitalization and employee well-being.

Qualifikationen

• At least five years of B2B key account management experience.
• Fluent in Dutch and French.
• Strong interest in HR topics, including digitalization, employee engagement and well-being.
• Able to advise clients and sell consultatively using available data.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage the commercial relationship with the client throughout their lifecycle.
• Renew existing contracts to secure customers.
• Handle complex negotiations with stakeholders of Key and Major accounts.
• Identify and create leads for the Business Development Managers.
• Maintain records of all client interactions in Salesforce.
• Define annual objectives for each customer and monitor KPIs.
• Conduct trimestral usage reviews and gather feedback.
• Organize user trainings and webinars and drive platform adoption.
• Invite clients to events and marketing initiatives.
• Implement standardized communication plans to keep clients informed.
• Contribute to increasing customer engagement and adding value.
