Edenred is seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to lead engagement with Senior Middle Market and Key Accounts in Belgium. You will manage relationships, renew contracts, and drive platform adoption while leveraging data-driven insights to create value for clients.

Based in Brussels or Antwerp with the option to work remotely two days per week, and a homeworking allowance of 115€ per week. The role starts January 1, 2027 and offers a permanent full-time contract with 38 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in B2B key account management in a service-oriented or digital environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and French.
• Strong interest in HR topics including digitalization, employee engagement and employee well-being.
• Comfortable advising clients and selling consultatively using data available.

Responsabilités

• Manage the commercial relationship with the client throughout their lifecycle.
• Renew existing contracts to secure customers.
• Handle complex negotiations with stakeholders of Key and Major accounts.
• Identify and create leads for the Business Development Managers.
• Maintain records of all client interactions in Salesforce.
• Define annual objectives for each customer and monitor KPIs.
• Conduct trimestral reviews of usage statistics and feedback.
• Organize platform launches and trainings for freemium users.
• Invite clients to events and marketing initiatives.
• Implement standardized communication plans to keep clients informed.
• Actively increase customer engagement and add value.
