Arendt Investor Services (AIS) is recruiting a Manager for Corporate Services to oversee a portfolio of clients, lead a team, and ensure compliance with corporate law and governance requirements.

You will review contracts, coordinate board activities, maintain registers and handle client billing, while advising on changes to share capital, articles of association, and other key documents. Collaboration with notaries, lawyers and banks is essential.

• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.

• Manage a portfolio of clients with all aspects of company law and governance.
