Arendt Investor Services in Luxembourg seeks a Senior Manager-Corporate Services to lead and develop a team of accountants, ensuring high-quality service delivery to a portfolio of clients in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee workforce planning, performance, and governance matters, while building strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting.
ACCA/CPA certification is an advantage.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role within a trust company, corporate services provider, or fiduciary in Luxembourg.
Fluent in English; French is considered a strong asset.
Strong knowledge of Luxembourg accounting/company laws and regulations.
Proactive, client-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.
Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

Lead, coach, and develop a team of accountants from Junior to Manager level.
Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, recruitment, and capacity needs.
Oversee reporting deadlines and ensure efficient workload planning and delivery.
Monitor performance appraisals, target setting, and career development of team members.
Promote a positive, solution-oriented culture and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
Build strong client relationships, respond proactively to client needs, and support business development initiatives.
Act as Manager and/or Director of client entities, participate in board meetings, and oversee governance-related matters.
Supervise financial and operational performance, including risk management, profitability, invoicing, cash collection, client deliverables, and internal accounting training.
