Arendt Investor Services in Luxembourg seeks a Senior Manager-Corporate Services to lead and develop a team of accountants, ensuring high-quality service delivery to a portfolio of clients in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • ACCA/CPA certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role within a trust company, corporate services provider, or fiduciary in Luxembourg.
  • Fluent in English; French is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg accounting/company laws and regulations.
  • Proactive, client-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of accountants from Junior to Manager level.
  • Manage workforce planning, resource allocation, recruitment, and capacity needs.
  • Oversee reporting deadlines and ensure efficient workload planning and delivery.
  • Monitor performance appraisals, target setting, and career development of team members.
  • Promote a positive, solution-oriented culture and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service delivery and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Build strong client relationships, respond proactively to client needs, and support business development initiatives.
  • Act as Manager and/or Director of client entities, participate in board meetings, and oversee governance-related matters.
  • Supervise financial and operational performance, including risk management, profitability, invoicing, cash collection, client deliverables, and internal accounting training.

Position: Senior Manager-Corporate Services
Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of accountants from Junior to Manager level.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting.
  • A professional certification (OEC, ACCA, CPA) is considered an advantage.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role within a trust company, corporate services provider, or fiduciary in Luxembourg.
  • Fluent in English; French is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg accounting/company laws and regulations.
  • Proactive, client-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Rigorous, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
