Job summary

Korn Ferry Digital is a scaled product unit of Korn Ferry delivering reward and work & career architecture solutions to a broad EMEA client base. You will work with leading tools and methodologies, guiding clients through advanced features of the KF Digital Suite and translating capabilities into business value.

The role focuses on building relationships, onboarding, HR data analysis, and driving pay transparency initiatives in a multinational context.

Qualifications

• University degree (BSc or MSc).
• 5+ years of client-facing experience.
• Ability to interact with senior HR leadership or executives in SMBs.
• Interest towards HR matters (rewards, benefits and organization design).
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel).
• Fluency in Dutch/French and English.

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relations across sectors.
• Lead onboarding and training for KF Digital Suite.
• Analyze HR clients and market data to provide insights and business advice.
• Facilitate workshops and trainings.
• Support creation, renewal and maintenance of the reward database for the assigned country.
• Share KF Digital Suite expertise within the EMEA community.
• Provide accurate forecasts and timely status updates on projects.
• Assist with EU Pay Transparency initiatives, including pay equity tooling and salary framework guidance.
