Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Senior Consultant for Total Reward | Work and Career Architecture in Brussels, a hybrid role serving EMEA clients. You will lead complex onboarding, analyze HR data, and deliver insights using KF Digital Suite to drive fair compensation practices.

You'll interact with senior HR leadership, manage projects, facilitate workshops, and contribute to Pay Transparency initiatives across regions, leveraging your university degree and 5+ years of client-facing experience.

Qualifications

• University degree (BSc or MSc) required.
• At least 5+ years in a client-facing role.
• Proven ability to interact with senior HR leadership and management stakeholders.
• Interest in rewards & benefits and organization design.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluency in Dutch/French and English.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients across sectors.
• Lead onboardings and trainings for KF Digital Suite.
• Analyze HR data and provide insights and business advice.
• Facilitate workshops and trainings.
• Support the creation and maintenance of the reward database in the assigned country.
• Share technical expertise within the EMEA KF Digital community.
• Manage projects with accurate forecasts and status updates.
• Contribute to EU Pay Transparency initiatives and related tooling.
