Job summary

Pluxee Belgium is seeking a seasoned Communications lead to translate global strategy into a local communications plan and priorities. You will own the corporate narrative, advise leadership, and steer PR, media, executive communications and internal channels.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in corporate communications or related field.
• Experience leading integrated campaigns, programmes, agencies and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Translate Pluxee's global and country strategy into a local communications strategy and priorities.
• Own and maintain the corporate narrative and messaging framework for consistency across audiences and channels.
• Translate Marketing positioning into clear, credible communication.
• Advise leadership and functions on messaging timing and stakeholder considerations.
• Own local PR and media relations, including press materials and agency management.
• Protect corporate reputation through external communications and thought leadership.
• Lead executive communications and support senior leaders with speeches and interviews.
• Own crisis and issues communications with fast, coordinated responses.
• Own corporate and internal communications across stakeholder groups and channels.
• Plan and deliver internal communications, including leadership messaging and change communications.
• Ensure business priorities are communicated clearly and consistently.
• Manage editorial calendars and channel governance.
• Lead integrated planning, coordination and delivery of local campaigns.
• Coordinate content, assets, events, workflows, approvals and agencies.
• Work with Digital Marketing to ensure coherent execution across channels.
• Ensure assets are locally relevant, compliant, brand-consistent, delivered on time.
• Track delivery and learnings for future campaigns.
• Own local content strategy and high-quality campaign content.
• Enforce brand guidelines, tone of voice and messaging.
• Collaborate with Marketing on brand expression and delivery.
• Manage production of materials and editorial assets.
• Lead the Communications team with clear priorities and development feedback.
• Manage workload, performance and team development.
