Job summary

Pluxee Belgium SA is seeking a Communications Manager to shape the local narrative, protect the company’s reputation and lead a cross-functional communications team reporting to the Marketing & Communications Director. You will own corporate messaging, PR and media relations, internal communications, executive communications and content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business or a related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in corporate communications, PR, internal communications or integrated campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and agencies in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape Pluxee’s local communications strategy and maintain the corporate narrative across audiences and channels.
• Lead local PR, media relations, and executive communications with agency support as needed.
• Own corporate and internal communications, including leadership messaging and employee communications.
• Drive integrated campaign planning with Marketing and Digital Marketing, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Maintain brand governance, tone of voice and content quality across touchpoints.
• Lead and coach the Communications team, manage budgets and governance.
