Job summary

Brigada in Antwerp is seeking a senior Communications & Brand Strategist who turns people insights into sharp communication positions. You’ll shape brand narratives from positioning to annual plans and lead strategic thinking with support from the team.

You’ll collaborate with creative teams to ensure ideas translate into impactful work, develop new formats for clients, and help brands move forward in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment in Belgium.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in communications or brand strategy, ideally in an agency
• Strong background in consumer brands and marketing communications
• Curious about people, society, and how the industry evolves
• Creative mind who can translate strategy into compelling communication

Responsibilities

• Develop communications positionings and present to clients
• Define the vision and building blocks of a brand's annual communications plan
• Translate strategy into day-to-day actions, partly independently and with the team
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure ideas translate creatively from start
• Propose new formats and ways to break through traditional approaches
