Thales Belgium & Luxembourg (BeLux) is seeking a Head of Communications to lead internal and external strategies across the BeLux region. You will collaborate with country management and corporate functions to drive growth, engagement, and a strong corporate narrative.

You will manage a small team, prioritize across a broad scope, and ensure consistent Thales branding while coordinating with international communications networks. Fluency in French and English is essential; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in public relations, communications, journalism and/or marketing.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in communications, ideally in a management position.
• Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate ideas simply and accurately.
• Fluent in both French and English; Dutch is a significant asset.
• Experience in international and high-tech environments is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement an integrated external communications strategy to support business growth and Thales profile.
• Lead leadership and internal communications, ensuring employees are informed, engaged and aligned with company objectives.
• Design and roll out internal campaigns across BeLux to support priorities and cultural initiatives.
• Develop premium content (media, speeches, digital/social media, videos, presentations) and ensure consistent branding.
• Manage events and align regional activities with global communications networks.
