Rhox is seeking a Marketing and Communications Manager in Belgium to lead large-scale brand and paid media campaigns from strategy to evaluation.

You will translate strategy into agency briefs, challenge agencies on media efficiency, and ensure brand consistency, budgets, and deadlines across teams. The role requires strong strategic thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and commercial awareness.

Formación

• At least five years of experience in communication, focused on paid media.
• Proven delivery of large-scale brand campaigns with substantial media budgets.
• Strategic thinking, practical execution, strong organisation and sound decision-making.
• Diplomatic communication, stakeholder management and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Responsabilidades

• Translate strategy, brand positioning and audience insights into agency briefings.
• Challenge creative and media agencies on strategy and media efficiency.
• Control campaign quality, budgets, deadlines and brand consistency.
• Coordinate campaign delivery with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Analyse campaign results and turn findings into practical improvements.
