WLG in Brussels is seeking a senior account manager for a multinational defence organisation's service portfolio. You will be the primary interface for service discussions, strategic engagement and escalation, with project managers holding the operational detail underneath you.

You will own the business intake, manage progress, attend regular review meetings, coordinate with sponsors and finance, and maintain relationships to prevent escalations, ensuring timely responses and successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• An MSc or BSc in a related subject with five years of related experience or equivalent military/customer exposure.
• Proven project and service management experience in a large organisation.
• Experience with development, delivery and sustainment of major programmes.
• Strong customer relationship management and executive communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Owning the business intake and watching price proposals through their development.
• Managing and communicating progress on every request to sponsors through project life cycle.
• Sitting in regular review meetings on programme and change status.
• Running highlight reporting, ensuring timely project closure and reporting.
• Coordinating with the customer to ensure timely purchase orders and invoicing.
• Maintaining sponsor and internal stakeholder relationships to prevent escalations.
• Addressing sponsor and customer requests with timely, accurate responses.
