Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior Change Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site in Belgium. You will develop a comprehensive change management strategy, identify stakeholders, define training, and collaborate with the program manager to assess impacts and mitigation plans.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in PROSCI/ADKAR or equivalent change management methodologies.
• Experience guiding digital transformation initiatives in public sector.
• Track record with Belgian public entities and large-scale programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy with stakeholders.
• Identify and map impacted stakeholders and craft communication plans.
• Define and manage training programs for employees facing changes.
• Coordinate with program managers and team leads to assess impacts and plan mitigations.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that employees understand, are knowledgeable about, and can effectively utilize the changes being introduced.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring that the objectives of the change initiative are considered throughout the process.
• Identify internal and external stakeholders impacted by the change, assess their needs and expectations, and develop appropriate communication and stakeholder management plans.
• Define and manage the implementation of training for employees to prepare them for upcoming changes.
• Collaborate closely with the program/project manager and team leaders to assess the impacts of the change, anticipate challenges, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
• Monitor the progress of the change and evaluate results, making adjustments as necessary to ensure the success of change initiatives.
• Identify and address resistance to change, fostering a climate of trust and promoting a culture of openness and flexibility.
• Ensure clear and consistent communication regarding the change, utilizing various channels to inform employees at all levels of the organization.
• Measure and evaluate stakeholder satisfaction with the change management process and use feedback to improve future change initiatives.
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in change management, ensuring that the organization adopts innovative approaches tailored to its environment, specifics, and maturity.
