Neurho Solutions is seeking a Senior Change Manager to lead the people side of digital transformation in Belgium. You will design and implement change strategies, engage stakeholders, and coach leaders through transitions across public sector programmes.

The role requires extensive experience with PROSCI/ADKAR, change management in large organisations, and training communications. Fluency in French, Dutch and English is expected, with a Belgian focus and a strong governance mindset.

Competenze

• Requires PROSCI/ADKAR or equivalent change management methodology and hands-on use in the last 3 years.
• Extensive experience supporting digital transformation in the public sector within the last 3 years.
• Experience advising or supporting transformation in large organisations with change management and operational performance improvements in the last 3 years.
• Transformation support across at least three Belgian public entities, including one with 500+ employees, in the last 3 years.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the last 3 years.
• Minimum 5 years of programme management experience in the last 3 years.
• At least 10 years of coaching practice under professional supervision in the last 3 years.
• French at C2 level, Dutch at A2 level and English at B2 level.

Mansioni

• Define and implement change strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Identify affected stakeholders, assess their needs and prepare communication and engagement plans.
• Advise executive sponsors and coach team managers through their teams' transitions.
• Organise training to prepare people for upcoming changes.
• Work with programme and project managers and team leaders to assess impacts and plan mitigations.
• Monitor progress, address resistance and adapt the approach based on results and feedback.
