MSI Pharma is seeking a Communication & Change Management Lead in the Brussels Region. This freelance position, effective ASAP until November 2026, involves driving adoption of new processes within a global pharmaceutical organization undergoing transformation.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in change management, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and experience in designing communication strategies. A hybrid working model is available.

• Proven experience in managing change within large organizations.
• Ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience designing communication strategies for change.
