Job summary

Qualifications

As a Director, you will play a key leadership role working on complex transformations, ensuring strategic alignment, stakeholder engagement, and sustainable change.

As Director, you will lead strategic change initiatives, ensuring alignment between people strategies and business objectives. Working closely with senior executives, you will secure leadership commitment, design and implement innovative transformation programs, and drive cultural change. You will manage and mentor project teams, oversee all stages of transformation, and continuously refine approaches to maximize impact.
