Job summary

Brussels, Belgium-based leadership role in organizational transformation. You will drive complex change programs, align people strategies with business objectives, and engage with senior executives to secure commitment.

You will mentor teams, oversee the full transformation lifecycle, and strengthen client relationships while growing our Organization Transformation practice in a dynamic, global firm.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in organizational transformation and change management.
• Proven success in driving large-scale business transformations.
• Experience with senior leadership to define and implement strategic change.
• Creative problem-solving with ability to design innovative solutions.
• Ability to build trusted client and internal-team relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, French and/or Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic change initiatives and ensure alignment between people strategies and business objectives.
• Partner with senior executives to secure leadership commitment and design transformative programs.
• Mentor project teams, oversee transformation stages, and refine approaches for impact.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Shape and grow the Organization Transformation practice within a global firm.
