Abakus IT-Solutions seeks a Senior Business Change Manager to support major organisational and digital transformation projects and to help build a sustainable change culture. You will mentor PMs in people and organisational change, shaping strategies and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring adoption and managing resistance.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, HRIS initiatives, and developing the Change Office with a strong focus on both blue and white collar populations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior Change Management experience.
• Certification in Prosci or ADKAR.
• Fluent French and Dutch with good English.
• Experience in the energy sector.
• Experience with HRIS implementation.
• Experience supporting creation and positioning of new departments/teams.
• Experience managing change for Blue Collar and White Collar populations.
• Strong stakeholder management and multilevel reporting experience.
• Proven ability to manage resistance and complex transformation projects.
• Nice to have: Excel and Power BI knowledge.
• Knowledge of ADKAR, Kotter, Lewin or similar methodologies.

Responsabilités

• Support and coach project and programme managers in managing people and organisational aspects of change.
• Develop change strategies, narratives and stakeholder maps.
• Assess impacts and define change management plans.
• Support communication, training, workshops and stakeholder engagement.
• Measure adoption and manage resistance to change.
• Apply Agile and recognised change management methodologies.
• Contribute to the development of the Change Office and organisational change culture.
