Qualifications

• Certified in ADKAR or Prosci.
• Fluent in Dutch and French; English beneficial.
• 5+ years in change management; senior-level 7+ years.
• Experience with HRIS deployment and change initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and reporting capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Deliver change management on strategic projects (70%).
• Support the Change Office and embed a change culture (30%).
