EPSA is seeking a Senior Business Change Officer to support large-scale transformation initiatives across HR, digital and organizational change. You will coach project managers on the people side of change and help embed a sustainable change culture.

This long-term assignment combines 70% change delivery on strategic projects and 30% building and embedding a sustainable change culture, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and HRIS implementations. Fluency in FR, NL and EN is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Change Management Consultant / Business Change Officer.
• Prosci ADKAR certification (current or previously certified).
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English.
• Strong experience supporting large transformation programmes.
• Experience implementing change initiatives affecting blue- and white-collar populations.
• Experience supporting HRIS implementations.

Responsabilités

• Coach and support project and programme managers in managing the people side of change.
• Develop change narratives and project storytelling.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and stakeholder mapping.
• Define and execute change management strategies and plans.
• Support stakeholder engagement and adoption activities.
• Create communication materials and change campaigns.
• Design and deliver training initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions and events.
• Measure and monitor adoption levels and change readiness.
• Identify and manage resistance to change.
• Adapt change approaches in Agile environments.
• Support the implementation and development of a Change Office.
