Community Consulting seeks a Senior Business Change Manager to lead strategic transformation and embed a sustainable change culture across the organisation. You will balance change delivery on strategic projects (70%) and support the Change Office (30%), coaching teams and managing adoption.

You will drive stakeholder engagement, develop change plans, and deliver training and communications across blue- and white-collar populations, including HRIS initiatives and deployment of digital tools.

• Senior-level Change Management experience with 7+ years.
• ADKAR/Prosci certification.
• Fluent in French and Dutch.

A major organisation in the energy sector is looking for a Senior Business Change Manager to support strategic transformation initiatives and further embed a sustainable change culture across the organisation.

The assignment is divided between change delivery on strategic projects (70%) and support to the Change Office and implementation of the change culture (30%).

The consultant will support and coach team, programme and project managers in managing the people and organisational change aspects of their initiatives. Key projects include the implementation of an HRIS, the deployment of digital tools for technical and field-based employees, the creation and positioning of a new department and team, and the further implementation of the Change Office.

The consultant will also support the Corporate Change Manager in defining and implementing initiatives designed to strengthen the organisation’s long-term change capabilities and culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop and articulate compelling project stories and change narratives.
• Identify, analyse and map stakeholders impacted by transformation projects.
• Assess the impact of change on different stakeholder groups and identify the changes they will experience.
• Define tailored change management plans, approaches and activities to build engagement and adoption.
• Create clear and engaging communication materials.
• Develop and deliver training initiatives.
• Organise, facilitate and lead workshops and change-related events.
• Support stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management activities.
• Define appropriate adoption indicators and measure the level of adoption.
• Adapt the change approach when required and operate according to Agile principles.
• Support change initiatives related to HRIS and other digital tools.
• Manage change across both blue-collar/operator populations and white-collar/digital or administrative profiles.
• Support the implementation and positioning of new organisational structures, departments and teams.
• Support the Corporate Change Manager in developing and implementing the Change Office action plan.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at embedding a sustainable change culture across the organisation.
• Provide appropriate reporting across multiple organisational levels.

Technical skills

Must have

• Senior-level proven experience in Change Management, with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Current or previous ADKAR / PROSCI certification.
• Fluent in French and Dutch.
• Proven change management experience supporting the implementation and positioning of a new department and team.
• Proven experience managing change for both blue-collar/operator profiles and white-collar/digital or administrative profiles.
• Proven professional experience within the energy sector.
• Proven experience with multilevel reporting.
• Proven change management experience involving an HRIS implementation.

Should have

• Knowledge of Excel and/or Power BI.
• Proven experience working in a Human Resources environment.
• Proven experience in business process optimisation.
• Experience establishing and implementing a Change Office.
• Proven experience managing resistance to change within complex projects.
• Experience with recognised change management methodologies such as ADKAR / Prosci, Kotter’s model or Lewin’s model.
• Proven experience in project management.
