onetowin data services is seeking a Senior Business Change Officer to coach and support project teams in managing change across strategic initiatives. The role combines change delivery on strategic projects with support to the Change Office and fostering a culture of change within the organisation.

Qualifications

• Certification in ADKAR / PROSCI
• Fluent in French & Dutch
• 5-7 years of proven experience in Change Management
• Proven experience in change management supporting the implementation and positioning of a new department and team
• Proven experience in change management with operator profiles (Blue Collar) and digital/administrative profiles (White Collar)
• Proven Experience in the energy sector
• Proven experience with multilevel reporting
• Proven Experience with change management involving a HRIS implementation
• Fluent in English

Responsabilités

• Develop and articulate the project story and change narrative.
• Identify and map the stakeholders impacted by the project.
• Assess the impact of the project on the different stakeholder groups and identify the changes they will experience.
• Define a change management plan, including the appropriate approach and activities required to build engagement and adoption.
• Support the implementation of change activities, including:
• Create clear and engaging communication materials;
• Develop and deliver training initiatives;
• Organise, facilitate and lead workshops and events;
• Support stakeholder engagement and stakeholder management;
• Define and measure the level of adoption;
• Adapt the change approach where necessary and work according to Agile principles.
