Job summary

In4Matic is seeking an experienced change management professional to support a major digital transformation project. You will help operational teams embrace new ways of working and translate the change approach into practical actions across the organisation.

You will collaborate with programme leadership, analysts and technical teams, coaching stakeholders and driving adoption of new tools with a strong focus on the people side of change and on-site delivery.

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience in business change consulting.
• Agile experience and familiarity with project lifecycles.
• PROSCI certification and executive programme credentials are required.
• Toscane Accompagnement certification is advantageous.
• Coaching and training experience with change agents.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of positive leadership techniques and influence.
• Field experience with on-site assignments and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on and operationalise the change management approach with the programme team.
• Identify transformation challenges and bridge operational stakeholders and the programme.
• Collaborate with change management, programme leadership, analysts and technical teams.
• Ensure teams understand objectives and adopt new tools and methods.
• Refine communication plans for internal and external stakeholders.
• Build trust with business contacts and support human-centered change.
• Report to the lead change manager.
