In4Matic is seeking a Technical Project Lead / Engineering Manager to guide technical teams through application modernization and the development of a new, business-critical web platform. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage priorities, facilitate Scrum ceremonies and act as a technical reference for architecture, security and operations.

The role combines people leadership with hands-on engineering across .NET/C#, REST/gRPC, Angular, microservices and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams in Agile environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with modernization of legacy desktop solutions to web platforms is highly valued.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science; Master's preferred.
• Excellent English and knowledge of at least one national language.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate technical teams, adapting management approach to profiles and experience levels.
• Plan projects, establish priorities, monitor progress and ensure delivery against timelines.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews and Retrospectives.
• Coordinate stakeholders, project governance and business representatives with clear status reporting.
• Oversee modernization of legacy Windows client applications and support modern web platform development.
• Provide technical guidance on microservices, micro-frontend architecture and DevOps practices.
