Job summary

In4Matic is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead complex HR technology initiatives in a transformation environment. You will connect business stakeholders, IT, and HR SMEs to guide projects from design through implementation, ensuring objectives and data integrity are aligned.

You will manage delivery, report to steering committees, and collaborate with HR and IT teams to translate business needs into robust solutions while guiding change management across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Project Manager in large Belgian organizations.
• Proven SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors project delivery experience.
• Led at least 5 major HR technology initiatives, each >1 year.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2 and/or Agile.
• Fluent Dutch, French and English (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery: scope, timelines, budgets, resources and risks.
• Monitor progress; identify issues and dependencies; drive solutions.
• Provide clear reporting to steering committees and stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into HR technology solutions with IT teams.
• Ensure thorough process and impact assessments for changes.
• Coordinate change management: communications and training.
• Lead project teams and manage priorities and workload.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships to enable a modern HR environment.
