Sibelga seeks a Senior Change Manager to lead strategic change across projects, with a focus on HRIS implementation, digital tools, and department positioning. The role requires fluent French and Dutch, ADKAR/Prosci certification, and experience with blue/white-collar stakeholders. Hybrid work in Brussels with three onsite days.

Expect 70% change delivery and 30% support to the Change Office, plus strong stakeholder engagement and reporting. Full-time, long-term project.

Qualifications

• ADKAR/PROSCI certification is mandatory.
• Fluent in both French and Dutch.
• At least 5–7 years of senior change-management experience.
• Experience with HRIS implementation.
• Experience in the energy sector is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support project managers and coaches in managing change aspects.
• Map impacted stakeholders and assess impacts.
• Develop change narratives, communications and training materials.
• Organise workshops and events; apply Agile principles.
