EngiFlex is seeking an experienced Change Manager in Belgium to drive change delivery for strategic projects and support the Change Office in embedding a change-oriented culture. You will coach project managers on people and adoption aspects of transformation, lead stakeholder engagement, and ensure effective communication, training and events across the organisation.

Role requires experience with HRIS implementations, multi-language fluency (FR/NL/EN) and familiarity with Agile principles.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in change management within complex environments.
• Certified in ADKAR/Prosci or has past certification.
• Experience supporting implementation and positioning of a new department and team.
• Hands-on change management for operator and white-collar profiles.
• Experience in HRIS implementation projects.

Responsabilités

• Deliver change management on strategic initiatives and roll out a sustainable change culture.
• Drive change delivery for strategic projects and support the Change Office.
• Coach teams, programme managers and project managers on people and adoption aspects of transformation.
• Develop and execute structured change management plans to foster engagement and adoption.
• Coordinate communication, training, workshops and events; create engaging materials; deliver training.
