EngiFlex is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale CAPEX projects in the process industry. You will own scope, budget, timing, quality and safety, from greenfield investments to major upgrades, coordinating mechanical, electrical, automation, and civil disciplines.

With a track record of 10+ years in industrial CAPEX and 7+ years in project engineering, you bring strong MS Project skills, a decisive leadership style, and the ability to challenge stakeholders when needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as a Project Manager for industrial CAPEX projects.
• 7+ years as a Project Engineer in mechanical/electrical/piping/civil.
• Experience in pre-feasibility, budgeting and commissioning.
• Process industry experience required.
• Strong MS Project planning ownership.
• Analytical mindset with broad helicopter view.

Responsabilités

Project Overview

In this position, you take the lead on large-scale multidisciplinary CAPEX projects in the process industry. You are responsible for scope, budget, timing, quality and safety, both for greenfield investments and for major upgrades or modifications to existing industrial installations.

Primary Tasks & Responsibilities

• Manage industrial engineering projects from feasibility and concept definition through engineering, execution, commissioning and final transfer to operations.
• Establish and control project scope, deliverables, budget, business case, investment approval and baseline scheduling in MS Project.
• Oversee every project stage, including pre-studies, concept selection, basic and detailed engineering, procurement, contractor selection, construction, site activities, commissioning and operational handover.
• Serve as the main point of accountability for stakeholders and management throughout the full project lifecycle.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams covering mechanical, electrical, automation, piping, civil and EHS domains, in collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Handle scope changes, risks, claims and deviations with impact on budget, planning or delivery.
• Provide structured progress reporting on status, issues and key decisions to steering committees and senior stakeholders.

Your profile

Technical profile requirements

• You have at least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, with demonstrable end-to-end responsibility for industrial CAPEX projects.
• You also bring at least 7 years of experience as a Project Engineer in disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, piping or civil engineering.
• You have solid experience with pre-feasibility and concept studies, CAPEX budgeting, investment approval and the commissioning of industrial installations.
• Experience in the process industry is essential.
• You have strong hands-on expertise in MS Project and take full ownership of project planning rather than limiting yourself to follow-up alone.
• You combine an academic level of thinking with strong analytical capabilities and a broad helicopter view.

Methodology / certification requirements

• VCA-Vol is mandatory.
• PMP / Prince2 is a plus.
