Group-IPS seeks an experienced Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager to lead CAPEX packages and full-project management for industrial facilities. You will plan, execute, and monitor projects across Belgium and Europe, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Requirements include a Master’s in engineering, 15+ years of experience (8+ as PM), and fluent English/French. PMP is valued; Dutch is a plus. Permanent contract in an international environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's + Master’s degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, with at least 8 years as a Project Manager for medium/large CAPEX industrial projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
• Fluent in English and French; Dutch is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and plans with stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities, manage timelines and budgets, and lead project teams.
• Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and conflict resolution.
• Develop and monitor budgets, cost control, invoices, and change orders.
• Establish quality standards, safety compliance, and regular audits.
