EngiFlex is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end, multidisciplinary CAPEX investment projects in an industrial process setting. You will own scope, budget, timing, quality and safety, from feasibility to commissioning, including greenfield developments and major modifications.

You will coordinate mechanical, electrical, piping, civil and EHS teams, manage risks and stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• You have at least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager with end-to-end ownership of industrial CAPEX projects.
• You also bring at least 7 years of experience as a Project Engineer in mechanical, electrical, piping or civil disciplines.
• Experience in the process industry is required.

Responsabilités

• Manage industrial CAPEX projects from feasibility through commissioning and handover.
• Define and control project scope, deliverables, budget, business case and baseline planning in MS Project.
• Drive all project phases from pre-study to transfer to operations.
• Act as primary contact for stakeholders and management throughout the project.

• Manage scope changes, risks, claims and deviations affecting cost or schedule.
• Report progress and issues to steering committees and senior stakeholders.

Industrial CAPEX project environment.

As Project Manager, you take end-to-end responsibility for complex multidisciplinary investment projects within an industrial process setting. You manage the complete lifecycle and remain accountable for scope, budget, timing, quality and safety. The work includes both greenfield developments and major modifications to existing industrial installations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage industrial engineering projects from feasibility and concept definition through to commissioning and final handover to operations.
• Define and control project scope, deliverables, budget, business case, investment approval and the baseline planning in MS Project.
• Drive every project phase, including pre-study, concept selection, basic and detailed engineering, procurement, contractor selection, construction, on-site execution, commissioning and transfer.
• Act as the primary accountable contact for stakeholders and management during the full course of the project.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams covering mechanical, electrical, automation, piping, civil and EHS expertise.
• Manage scope changes, project risks, claims and deviations affecting cost or schedule.
• Report clearly on progress, decisions and issues to steering committees and senior stakeholders.

Your profile

Technical profile requirements

• You have at least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, with proven end-to-end ownership of industrial CAPEX projects.
• You also bring at least 7 years of experience as a Project Engineer in disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, piping or civil engineering.
• You have solid experience with pre-feasibility and concept studies, CAPEX budgeting, investment approval processes and the commissioning of industrial installations.
• Experience in the process industry is required.
• You have strong hands-on expertise in MS Project and are used to creating and owning project schedules, not merely following them up.
• You work at academic level and combine strong analytical skills with a broad helicopter view.

Methodology / certification requirements

• VCA-Vol is mandatory.
• PMP / Prince2 is a plus.
