EngiFlex in Belgium is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex CAPEX projects in an industrial process setting from feasibility to handover. You will own scope, budget, baseline schedule in MS Project, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage risks and change control, and secure investment approvals and commissioning across greenfield and major modifications.

Requirements include 10+ years as PM, 7+ years as Project Engineer in mechanical/electrical/piping/civil, VCA-Vol,

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the process/industrial sector.
Minimum 7 years as a Project Engineer in mechanical, electrical, piping or civil engineering.
Solid experience with pre-feasibility and concept studies, CAPEX budgeting, investment approvals and commissioning.
Experience in the process industry is required.
Strong MS Project skills and ability to own project schedules end‑to‑end.
Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

Lead industrial engineering projects from feasibility through commissioning and handover.
Set and manage scope, deliverables, budget, business case and baseline MS Project schedule.
Steer all project stages including pre-study, concept selection, design, procurement, construction and transfer.
Serve as the main accountable contact for stakeholders and management.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across mechanical, electrical, automation, piping, civil and EHS.
Control changes, risks and deviations affecting cost or schedule.
Provide clear reporting to steering committees and senior stakeholders.
