Job summary

Wyre, a brand-new infrastructure company, seeks a Business Analyst in Antwerpen to translate business needs into actionable requirements for network deployments. You will work with engineers, IT architects, and business reps to steer solutions end-to-end.

The role requires 5+ years of experience, knowledge of telecom-like domains, and fluency in Dutch and English (French a plus). Wyre offers growth opportunities, autonomy, and a strong learning culture.

Qualifications

• You have a master's degree in a business or technology domain or comparable experience.
• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• You are familiar with business and operational processes, ideally with IT/network expertise.
• You can translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and vice-versa.
• You have experience gathering and translating requirements into product/service capabilities.

Responsibilities

• You analyze business needs and elicit requirements, assessing impact on processes and tools.
• You document solutions with stakeholders, steering tactical/operational decisions.
• You determine acceptance criteria and oversee end-to-end solution testing when applicable.
• You act as a main contact for internal/external stakeholders and manage documentation.
